Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be authorized by Rozanna's Violins before being shipped back. To initiate a return, you must contact us within the 30-day period to notify us of your intent to return. Any items returned without prior authorization may be subject to a forfeiture of refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at rozannasviolins@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, simply ship the violin back to the above listed New York address. Please note that Rozanna's Violins does not cover return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged during transit. Should the return be as a result of damage during transit, we'll send you a return shipping label for the product return. Please note, all orders are inspected numerous times before shipping. Should the customer believe that the issue is due to damage incurred during transit, it will be necessary to show proof in the form of photos of the box used for shipping upon arrival and photos of the instrument itself. If the box seems damaged upon receipt it may be necessary to open the box in front of the delivery person, to verify damage that occurred in transit.

Any damage to the returned instrument may be subject to a minimum $35 restocking fee.
All refunds are processed within 3-5 business days upon return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain instruments cannot be returned if they are a custom, special order. This policy can only be voided if damage occurred in shipping and it can be verified that the damage occurred in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note, all orders are inspected numerous times before shipping. Wholesale Orders
For wholesale orders, return shipping is always the responsibility of the reseller and will not be refunded. Exceptions apply only in cases where damage to the product was caused by the shipping company during transit, which must be verified with photographic evidence of both the packaging and the instrument upon arrival.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
